Aufgaben

• Ensure vendors comply with Trader Joe's Minimum Vendor Requirements throughout the Supply Chain.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed by Service Center teams and operations.
• Support Product Integrity Committee to ensure regulatory compliance while minimizing exposure.
• Manage customer complaint systems and guide service center warehousing and logistics in continuous improvement.
• Initiate corrective action when non-conformances occur.
• Conduct trainings focused on Quality Control processes.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained.
• Recommend measures to improve product quality and quality systems.
• Collaborate with other departments.
