Job summary

CTI Foods is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor in Kentucky to lead QA personnel and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards across materials, products, and processes. The role emphasizes training, audits, and continuous improvement within USDA-regulated facilities.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree (associates or bachelor’s) with HACCP certification, process control training, and proven leadership in quality programs, plus experience with audits and traceability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent with 1–3 years in a USDA manufacturing facility or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with HACCP certification and process control training preferred.
• Proven ability to evaluate and implement strategies improving quality and profitability.
• Experience in enforcing policies, programs and procedures; strong project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA personnel, including training, scheduling, attendance and guidance for continuous improvement.
• Plan, coordinate and provide corrective action follow-up for internal audits (GMP, foreign material, Food Defense).
• Provide technical assistance to operations regarding deviation reports and product specifications.
• Assist in product traceability and mock recalls; support 3rd party and customer audits.
• Maintain environmental monitoring programs and weekly/monthly microbiological testing.
