Job summary

Top Quality Recruitment (TQR) seeks a Quality Compliance Manager to oversee quality systems, regulatory compliance, audits, and continuous improvement in our Wisconsin facility.

The ideal candidate will manage the QA team, drive customer and internal audits, and ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, SQF, and FSMA Preventive Controls. A 4-year degree in a related field and 7+ years in GFSI environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 4-year degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in GFSI-certified facilities.
• 2-3+ years' experience in a quality leadership role with direct people management.
• Current work experience in food manufacturing with FSMA Preventive Controls, HACCP, GMPs, and SQF or other GFSI certification scheme.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality management systems, regulatory compliance, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the Quality Supervisor and the broader Quality team.
• Coordinate customer audits, SQF audits, regulatory inspections, and internal audits.
• Develop facility-specific quality metrics and monitor QA performance.
• Maintain daily plant-floor presence to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
