Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Quality Control Manager for our Chicago, IL commercial construction operations. You will drive quality standards across projects, lead site inspections, review drawings and specifications, and coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to address deficiencies.

Responsibilities include developing QC plans, tracking non-conformances, and ensuring work meets contract requirements. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality control on commercial construction projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specs and develop QC plans.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC activities across multiple projects.
• Review drawings and specs; develop and implement QC plans.
• Coordinate with PMs, supers, subcontractors to address deficiencies.
• Conduct site inspections and closeout documentation.
