Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Quality Control Manager for our Chicago, IL project portfolio. This on-site, permanent role requires leading QC activities across multiple projects, coordinating with PMs, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure work adheres to contract documents and codes.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction QC, proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam, and OSHA 30 certification. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction quality control experience required.
• Ability to review drawings and specs for conformance.
• Strong to excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans.
• Perform site inspections and coordinate with project team.
• Identify deficiencies and manage corrective actions.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for accuracy.
• Coordinate RFI responses with design professionals and subs.
• Ensure compliance with codes and project standards.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
