Quality Assurance Manager

This role seeks a critical thinker who proactively improves quality systems through internal audits, process improvement, and collaboration with key partners.

Base Pay Range

$98,000.00/yr - $132,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
• Identify potential risks before they become problems, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
• 5+ years’ relevant work experience in mechanical construction
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office

Plusses

• QA/QC experience
• CWI certification
• Prior experience assisting in project management or field leadership
