Take a closer look at the Quality Assurance Manager role:

• Develop and implement quality assurance measures to be streamlined throughout the company
• Build the annual product and process audit plans and ensure they are carried out
• Plan and conduct new product (project) audits and process audits with new customers
• Identify opportunities for quality and performance improvement and delegate responsibilities to various teams
• Lead a team of individuals responsible for upholding QA practices

Who You Are:

• Can hit the ground running - Have minimum of 5 years Quality Assurance (QA) experience in a manufacturing environment
• Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Quality system regulation, cGMP or ISO9000 knowledge
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• Have knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, 5S, TPS, etc.)
• Possess critical judgement to conduct inspections with unwavering integrity

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
