Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and uphold comprehensive Quality Control and Assurance protocols.
• Execute and supervise rigorous inspections across all stages of manufacturing and construction.
• Analyze technical drawings, project specifications, P&IDs, and client quality plans.
• Examine fabricated parts, piping systems, structural frameworks, welds, and mechanical machinery.
• Oversee welding operations and ensure calibration of inspection tools.
• Manage scheduling of testing and inspections, including NDT where required.
• Organize inspection logs, certifications, and material traceability records.
• Generate and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct root-cause investigations to support effective corrective/preventive measures.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, Production, and external stakeholders.
• Educate staff and subcontractors on quality standards.

About the Position

We are currently looking for a skilled Industrial Quality Control Manager to lead all QA and QC initiatives across our manufacturing, fabrication, and construction workflows. You will be tasked with verifying that all materials, assembly methods, welding, mechanical setups, and finished goods align with our internal benchmarks, client needs, technical blueprints, and relevant industry regulations.

Successful applicants will possess a robust history in industrial quality oversight, including expertise in fabrication, welding verification, mechanical systems, record-keeping, and general manufacturing or construction operations.

Core Duties

• Create, execute, and uphold comprehensive Quality Control and Assurance protocols.
• Execute and supervise rigorous inspections across all stages of manufacturing and construction to ensure high-quality output.
• Analyze technical drawings, project specifications, P&IDs, and client-mandated quality plans.
• Examine fabricated parts, piping systems, structural frameworks, welds, and mechanical machinery.
• Confirm that all tasks are performed in strict accordance with approved designs, codes, and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee welding operations to ensure adherence to established procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage the scheduling of necessary testing and inspections, including NDT procedures where required.
• Organize inspection logs, quality documentation, certifications, and material traceability records.
• Detect and record any instances of non-conforming workmanship or materials.
• Generate and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) while guiding the resolution of these issues.
• Conduct root-cause investigations to assist in the development of effective corrective and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, Production, and external stakeholders to align on quality expectations.
• Perform quality assessments on vendor and supplier materials as needed.
• Guarantee that all inspection and measurement tools remain calibrated and in good working order.
• Represent the company during third-party audits and customer-led inspections.
• Oversee project quality from initial fabrication through to final testing and delivery.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across all manufacturing and construction sites.
• Educate staff and subcontractors on quality standards to ensure consistent compliance across the team.

Required Qualifications

• Proven background in QA/QC roles within industrial, fabrication, or construction settings.
• Prior experience in a leadership or Quality Management capacity is highly valued.
• Deep understanding of industrial construction and fabrication methodologies.
• Expertise in welding, piping, structural steel, and mechanical systems is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints, fabrication drawings, and P&IDs.
• Solid grasp of inspection workflows, documentation standards, and material traceability.
• Familiarity with industry-standard codes such as AWS, ASME, ASTM, or ISO.
• Demonstrated ability to manage NCRs, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills for documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and digital document management systems.

Desired Credentials

Candidates holding certifications or significant experience in AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), NDT, ISO systems, ASME standards, or mechanical inspection are encouraged to apply.
