Quality Control Manager (Project Management)

What you will be doing:

1. Ensure reporting compliance.
2. Prepare and validate monthly reporting.
3. Assign and assist with review and verification of the loan system data for new business and renewals, against the documentation and credit approval.
4. Review loan maintenance entered for all life loans by loan analysts and/or loan officers.
5. Gather data and deliver statistics for the quality control process.
6. Verify maintenance affecting a loan processed by someone outside of Loan Operations.
7. Document, communicate, and follow up on loan corrections needed as a result of the quality control process. Provide reporting on QC items.
8. Manage QC team workload and assign as necessary.
9. Establish procedures and train QC team members.
10. Assist department as directed and special projects.

Qualifications:

1. Strong experience in project management, SOX business controls; required.
2. 3-5 years of relevant experience; required.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience within quality control in a banking environment; required.
4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5. Proficient with Excel and Word.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $71,000 - $92,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
