Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in construction quality control, with at least 5 years in federal government contracting.
• Education: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications: Certification as a Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) for federal construction (e.g., U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) is required.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction processes, project management, quality control protocols, and federal contract requirements (FAR, DFARS, etc.).
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Travel: Willing to travel within the Southeast U.S. as required by projects.
