  • Familiarity with government contracting systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • RMS Certificate.

Contract start within 10 business days. We are hiring a Quality Control Manager to lead quality assurance, compliance verification, and performance tracking for USACE projects. This role requires daily on-site quality inspections, contractor oversight, and adherence to federal debris removal standards.

Job Role Overview

As a Quality Control Manager, you will oversee the quality assurance and control processes to ensure that products or services meet established standards and customer requirements. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and implementing quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with various departments, such as production, procurement, and legal, as well as external vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and audits, and identifying areas for improvement. You will monitor project progress, analyze data, and report findings to stakeholders, clients, and project team members. Your goal will be to ensure that the project is completed within budget, timeline, and scope while adhering to quality standards and customer expectations.

Job Details

Job Types: Full-time, Contract.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour.

Ability to Commute: New Mexico (Preferred).

Ability to Relocate: New Mexico—relocate before starting work (Preferred).

Work Location: In person.
