Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of government contracting—USACE, NAVFAC, DOD, DOE, and EPA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in QCS, MS Office, RMS, Procure, and construction software.
• Familiarity with government contracting systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• RMS Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections.
• Identify areas for improvement and address non‑compliant work.
• Prepare reports and analyze data for project progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define QC policies and procedures.
• Travel to project sites as required and work in remote locations.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and specifications.
