Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5–10 years of progressive quality management experience in manufacturing.
• ISO 9001 certification and audit management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS per ISO 9001 and company requirements.
• Lead quality inspectors and testing for incoming, in-process, and finished goods.
• Review drawings, specs, POs, contracts to verify compliance.
• Lead internal, supplier, and customer audits; drive CAPA.
• Analyze quality data, SPC, and KPIs to drive improvements.
