Job summary

Georg Fischer Ltd. seeks an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and security programs across Irvine, CA and Irwindale, CA. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and 50001, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement in safety and sustainability.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to guide incident investigations and risk reduction initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DHS and State regulations.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus.
• Experience leading ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001 programs.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain site-specific EHS programs, policies, and training.
• Audit compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 and implement corrective actions.
• Lead facility-wide recycling and waste disposal programs.
• Coordinate environmental responsibilities with site operations and safety teams.
• Investigate incidents and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
