Job summary

Georg Fischer LLC is seeking an EHS Manager to ensure the Environmental, Health, Safety and Security programs align with ISO 9001, 45001 and ISO 14001 at Irvine, CA and Irwindale, CA locations. The role leads site EHS teams, conducts audits, and ensures regulatory compliance across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include developing site-specific programs, training, incident investigations, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DHS and State regulations.
• Excellent communication skills at all organization levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Self-starter with initiative and change management experience.
• Ability to manage time and multi-task effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains site-specific EHS programs, policies, and training.
• Maintains knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Audits and implements corrective actions per schedule.
• Leads EHS education and training to support regulatory and business needs.
• Manages environmental health and safety teams and emergency response.
