Job summary

Insight Global's manufacturing client in Florida seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee the ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Management System. You will lead the QA team, drive corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product conformity and regulatory compliance.

Primary responsibilities include training, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with engineers, production, accounting, and vendors.

Qualifications

• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge and experience
• 3-5+ years leading a quality department under ISO guidelines
• Experience planning and managing internal and external audits
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and data-driven reporting
• Strong cross-functional communication and leadership of 3-5 staff
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Access

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and control the ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Management System
• Lead corrective and preventive actions, audits, inspections, training, measurement and analysis
• Manage document control and product realization activities
• Provide training and competence development for the quality team
• Mentor and supervise a 3-5 person QA team and inspectors
• Maintain accurate quality records and audit results
