Job summary

Ht Recharge in Sparks, NV is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead the QC team, coordinate inspections, and drive improvements. The role focuses on training, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to meet customer specifications and support production goals.

The QCS collaborates with Customer and Senior Quality Engineer, reinforcing quality programs and sustaining 24/7 operation readiness on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing related discipline.
• Must have working experience in an ISO 9001 environment.
• Experience in a deep draw or progressive die metal stamping environment is preferred.
• Experience in a high volume, tight tolerance process manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with teams from H&T and the customer with a positive, constructive attitude and excellent communication.
• Hire, train, and manage the quality technician team for day and night shifts, including timecard approvals and disciplinary actions.
• Drive root cause analysis from customer complaints and NCR investigations; implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate inspection and testing of product, processes, tools, and gauges to ensure conformance to standards.
• Audit quality operator operations and coordinate actions to improve line-side inspection effectiveness.
• Analyze quality metrics and prepare site quality performance reports for internal/external distribution.
• Provide hands-on backup support for quality technicians during call-offs and vacations.
• Oversee NCR and RMA supervisory responsibilities with direct customer liaison.
