Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Quality Control Lead to supervise a team of QC technicians and inspectors on-site. You will manage day-to-day quality control tasks, coordinate with outside agencies, and ensure adherence to industry standards while supporting continuous process improvements.

This role requires a safety-first mindset, a high school diploma (or equivalent), QC training, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Prior experience with precast materials is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year related QC experience; safety-minded and detail focused.
• Ability to read and explain QC manuals and training material.
• Effective verbal and written communication with internal teams and outside agencies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates samples of incoming materials.
• Performs pre- and post-pour measurements on precast parts.
• Inspects cages, forms and parts during production and finished stages.
• Tests samples using cylinder break equipment; records results.
• Distributes reports and tests to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensures QC techs comply with standards; escalates as needed.
• Collaborates with outside agencies on-site and off-site as required.
