Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance program across raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete products. You will mentor a team of technicians, collaborate with production and sales, and drive continuous improvement in our ready mix operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Ready Mix Concrete QC management experience, knowledge of concrete technology and testing methods, and proficiency with MS Office and QC software.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Ready Mix Concrete Quality Control management.
• ACI certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of concrete technology, testing methods, and QA best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses of raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete products.
• Interpret test results, compare to specs, and recommend product release decisions.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, operations, sales, and technical services to solve quality issues.
• Develop and implement quality control training for staff.
