Job summary

SRM Concrete in Pensacola, FL seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead QC programs for ready-mix concrete products. You will oversee test plans for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods, and mentor technicians to uphold SRM’s standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Ready Mix Concrete Quality Control management experience.
• ACI certification preferred; strong understanding of concrete tech and QA.
• Proactive problem solving, attention to detail, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC program for raw materials, in-process, and finished concrete products.
• Interpret test results and release products that meet specs and limits.
• Inspect finished products and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate across production, sales, and technical teams to address quality issues.
• Develop and deliver QC training for production staff and maintain records.
