Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, seeks a quality control-focused professional to perform routine tests on raw materials, in-process components, and final products in an industrial manufacturing setting. The role includes monitoring production, pipe patching, and reporting on quality issues, with leadership of a small team.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, quality control experience, and the ability to obtain or maintain ACI/PCI certification.

Qualifications

• Must have quality control experience in related industry.
• ACI / PCI Certification preferred, or required to pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 months and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimens.
• Perform daily pre/post pour inspections on products.
• Monitor production operations as required.
• Pipe patching and assisting pipe crew when necessary with strip, setup, and pouring of products.
• Report to management team on process improvements, repetitive mistakes, and quality concerns.
• Oversee a small team of individuals.
• Responsible for receiving and filing raw material reports for documentation.
• Contact for State DOT agencies, ACI, NPCA.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
