Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform routine tests and inspections in an industrial manufacturing environment. This union plant will require attention to detail as you monitor production and ensure compliance with quality standards.

You will lead a small team of 3–4 and manage documentation for raw materials while coordinating with state DOT, ACI, and NPCA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Quality control experience in related industry.
• ACI/PCI certification preferred or must pass ACI Concrete Field Testing within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily compressive strength testing of hardened concrete specimens.
• Conduct daily pre/post pour inspections on products.
• Monitor production operations as required.
• Report process improvements and quality concerns to management.
• Oversee a team of 3–4 individuals.
• Maintain raw material reports for documentation.
