Responsibilities

Attend QC Improvement meetings and support Structured Problem Solving to eliminate root causes.
Attend daily cross functional meetings supporting QC testing, environmental testing, maintenance, and validation.
Assist in design, collection, and analysis of process data to understand QC capacity and performance.
Support development of tools and dashboards to visualize KPIs and trends.
Map QC processes and workflows to identify waste and improvement opportunities.
Support 5S and Lean initiatives in the laboratory.
