Job summary
Genentech in Hillsboro, OR invites a 12-week, full-time Summer Intern to join Hillsboro Technical Operations. You will work on process engineering, data analytics, QC support, and tech transfer tasks across biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
The program includes hands-on learning, a stipend, and final presentations to senior leaders. Under mentorship, you will gain exposure to Lean Manufacturing, VR/AR-enabled training tools, and cross-functional collaboration while preparing a poster and oral
Qualifications
- Must be pursuing or have attained an Associate's Degree or higher.
- Enrolled or recently graduated with a relevant Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Majors include Engineering, Computer Science, Bioscience Technology or related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and engineering solutions across biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
- Summarize work and findings, presenting future recommendations in oral and poster form.
- Assist in data collection, analytics, and cross-functional team projects.
