Qualifications

• Laboratory instrument calibration, maintenance and repair experience required.
• Degree options as listed with minimum years in pharma lab instrumentation.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resources for third party instrument services.
• Record activities and write work orders clearly.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain instrument calibration, maintenance and repair records.
• Support investigations and problem solving in cross-functional teams.
• Ensure GMP and compliance protocols for instrument validation.
• Perform duties according to schedule and department plan.
• Monitor instrument performance and address potential issues.
• Contribute to process confirmations and training as required.
