Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of intense laboratory instrumentation experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Associate’s degree with 7+ years of intense laboratory instrumentation experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• High School Diploma with 9+ years of intense laboratory instrumentation experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Laboratory instrument calibration, maintenance & repair experience required.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with systematic problem solving and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resources for third party instrument services.
• Accurately and legibly record activities in documentation and write work orders.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain instrument specifications, scheduled maintenance, repair and calibration.
• Support cross-functional investigations and participate in problem solving.
• Ensure GMP and compliance protocols for instrument validation.
• Execute work according to schedule and department plan.
• Evaluate instrument performance and respond to potential issues; contribute to process confirmations.
• Maintain training qualifications on time and assist in training others.
• Follow all safety and environmental requirements in duties.
