Novo Nordisk's Emerging Technologies - Solid Dosage Forms US facility in Durham, NC seeks a Laboratory Instrumentation Technician. The role supports repairs, maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments and schedules third-party service resources.

You will ensure GMP compliance and maintain accurate documentation. You will work closely with laboratory staff, contribute to investigations and problem solving, and maintain training qualifications while following safety and environmental

Qualifications

• Laboratory instrument calibration, maintenance and repair experience in pharma.
• High attention to detail and strong task management.
• Excellent customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with GMP and compliance protocols.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resources for third-party instrument services.
• Record activities and write work orders with legible documentation.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform instrument calibration, maintenance and repair.
• Support investigations and problem solving.
• Maintain training qualifications and train others as required.
