Job summary

Branch Medical Group is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to perform QC inspections and package testing on in-process materials and finished products. The role ensures compliance with FDA, state, OSHA, ISO, and related standards.

You will document non-conformances, verify calibration of equipment, and maintain an organized QC lab while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with quality control inspections preferred.
• Ability to use standard measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, profilometer, gage blocks, torque wrench).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with GMP and SOPs to ISO standards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs QC inspections on manufacturing supplies, labels, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Performs peel testing of sterile product seals.
• Document non-conformances when found and escalate to Quality Control Supervisor.
• Maintains the quality control lab and work areas in an organized manner.
• Verifies inspection equipment, machinery and tools are calibrated per policy.
