Job summary

Branch Medical Group, a subsidiary of Globus Medical Inc., seeks a Quality Control Inspector to perform QC inspections and package testing on in-process materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with FDA, state, OSHA, AATB, and ISO standards.

You will inspect supplies, labels, seals, and finished products, document non-conformances, maintain a calibrated lab, and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering to company policies and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of quality control inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to use standard measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, self-starter with attention to detail and ability to work with little supervision.
• Must have vision abilities including color and depth perception.
• Familiarity with GMP, SOPs and ISO standards is a plus.
• Strong clerical and math skills.
• Flexible team player capable of working in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Performs QC inspections on manufacturing supplies, labels, in-process materials, and sterile packed products.
• Performs peel testing of sterile product seals.
• Follows work instructions and process specs to complete inspection tasks.
• Documents non-conformances when found.
• Raises issues to Quality Control Supervisor.
• Maintains lab and work areas in an organized manner.
• Verifies inspection equipment is calibrated per policy.
• Contributes to a safe and compliant work environment.
