Job summary

Globus Medical Inc. (Branch Medical Group) seeks a Quality Control Inspector to perform QC inspections and package testing on in-process materials and finished products.

You will ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA/ISO standards, document non-conformances, and maintain calibration of inspection equipment in a fast-paced lab environment.

A high school diploma and 1 year of QC experience are preferred; strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of QC inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to use standard measuring equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with GMP and SOPs is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality control inspections on manufacturing supplies, labels, in-process materials, and sterile packed finished products.
• Performs peel testing of sterile product seals.
• Documents non-conformances and communicates issues to the Quality Control Supervisor.
• Maintains the QC lab and ensures calibration of equipment per policy.
• Adheres to GMP, SOPs, and ISO standards; protects patient safety and product quality.
• Works to meet production schedules while maintaining attention to detail.
