Medline is seeking a QC Inspector II to oversee quality projects at the distribution center. The role includes inspecting raw materials and finished goods, managing holds and releases, documenting results, and ensuring adherence to GMP/GDP and company SOPs.

You will work with QA and production to improve processes and maintain product integrity. The position requires at least 1 year of quality control experience in a regulated setting, familiarity with warehouse equipment, and strong English

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year quality control experience in a regulated setting.
• Proficiency with powered warehouse equipment and basic math.
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension of English.

Responsabilidades

• Apply and remove holds in the system and Q-Tag.
• Repackage inbound damaged goods and assess quality.
• Coordinate product disposition with divisional partners.
• Maintain inventory using SAP/Excel and other systems.
• Perform in-process and final inspections and document results.
• Identify defects and initiate non-conforming material reports.
• Support recalls, line clearance, and ECN reviews.
