Medline Industries, LP is seeking a QC Inspector I to ensure product quality in manufacturing or distribution. You will inspect materials, components and finished products, document results, and report defects to support process improvements.

Responsibilities include use of measurement tools, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required for reading, writing and communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely.
• Basic math and measurement skills needed for inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Use measurement tools to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
• Collaborate with production or distribution teams to address quality issues.
• Assist in developing and implementing QC procedures and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality.
• Assess inbound damaged goods and repackage as needed.
• Support inventory checks, recalls, deviations, relabeling, and rework.
• Operate powered material handling equipment if required.
• Read and interpret instructions and blueprints; comply with SOPs and GMP standards.
