Medline Industries, LP is seeking a QC Inspector I to ensure product quality and safety in manufacturing or distribution settings. You will inspect materials, components, and finished goods, document findings, and report defects to drive process improvements.

You will work with production/distribution teams, apply GMP/GDP/ISO knowledge, and participate in corrective actions, recalls, and rework as needed. This role may require PPE use and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read/write/understand English.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Familiarity with GMP/GDP/ISO(or 21 CFR 820) quality regs.

Aufgaben

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products; document results.
• Use measurement tools to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Identify and report defects and non-conformities.
• Collaborate with teams to address quality issues and determine disposition.
• Assist in developing and implementing QC procedures and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement for quality and efficiency.
• Assess damaged goods and support stock handling and rework tasks.
• May operate powered material handling equipment.
• Read and interpret instructions, blueprints, and SOPs.
