Guy F. Atkinson Construction is seeking a Quality Inspector to support heavy civil projects by reviewing contract specs, owner requirements, and ensuring compliance with building codes.

You will coordinate with trades, document daily progress, and help build a transparent, excellence-driven quality control team. The role involves overseeing inspections, submittals, and the Three Phases of Control QC Plan, with opportunities to lead meetings, manage deficiencies, and interface with Owner

Competenze

• Three years of relevant inspection experience or five years with equivalent certifications.
• Technical or Associate's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

• Partner with the project team to understand, plan, and implement the contract drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with owner, design team, and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness of construction.
• Implement and manage the Three Phases of Control Quality Control Plan.
• Oversee submittal review and approval.
• Schedule and conduct quality control meetings at various phases.
• Maintain quality control documents and punch lists.
