MS Companies is seeking an Inspector 1 (Quality Control) to support automotive manufacturing clients. The role involves visual/manual inspection, defect reporting, and documentation using MS Companies’ technology-driven processes.

The candidate will follow established procedures, record results, and communicate quality concerns with supervisors in a fast-paced environment. Training provided; opportunity for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• English reading and communication required.
• Experience with digital reporting systems (tablets, apps, or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership.
• Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production.
• Accurately record inspection results using company systems and tools.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
