Job summary

MS Companies is hiring a Quality Inspector (Inspector 1 - Quality Control) for the automotive manufacturing sector, on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM. You will inspect parts, document results, and report defects using MS Companies’ digital systems.

Ideal candidates bring prior quality inspection or manufacturing experience, with strong attention to detail. Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour, plus a $100 referral bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior quality inspection or manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with quality standards, work instructions, or inspection checklists.
• Experience using digital reporting systems (tablets, mobile apps, or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Perform visual/manual inspection of parts to ensure quality.
• Identify, document, and report defects to leadership.
• Record inspection results using company systems and tools.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns.
