Job summary

MS Companies is seeking an Inspector 1 (Quality Control) to support automotive manufacturing clients in Kentucky. You will perform visual and manual inspections, document results, and use company systems to ensure quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates have experience in quality inspection or manufacturing, familiarity with quality standards, and proficiency with digital reporting tools. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for training and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with quality standards, work instructions or inspection checklists.
• Experience using digital reporting systems (tablets, mobile apps, or Salesforce).
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to follow work instructions and safety requirements.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow detailed verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership
• Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production
• Accurately record inspection results using company systems and tools
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
