Job summary

MS Companies is seeking an Inspector 1 (Quality Control) to join the 1st shift in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. You will inspect parts, document results, and report defects using MS Companies’ technology-driven processes.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality procedures, and the ability to work on site with a focus on safety and accuracy. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with quality standards and inspection checklists.
• Experience using digital reporting systems such as tablets or mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts and materials to ensure quality.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership.
• Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production.
• Accurately record inspection results using company systems and tools.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns.
