Job summary

MS Companies is seeking an Inspector 1 (Quality Control) to support automotive manufacturing clients. You will perform visual and manual inspections, document results, and report defects using MS Companies’ systems, ensuring product quality and compliance throughout production.

The ideal candidate has prior quality inspection or manufacturing experience, can read and follow English work instructions, and is comfortable with digital reporting tools such as Salesforce on tablets or mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to follow work instructions and safety rules.
• Experience using digital reporting systems (tablets, mobile apps, or Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership.
• Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production.
• Accurately record inspection results using company systems and tools.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
