BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Production Associate to support the Embroidery Operators in Indianapolis. You will respond to work orders, set up garments, and ensure items meet quality specifications for on-time processing.

The role requires attention to detail, precision, and teamwork. This onsite position offers late afternoon/evening hours with mandatory overtime and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions with precision.
• Exhibits quick learning, be detailed, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.
• Possesses the ability to differentiate and coordinate colors.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and prepare garments for Embroidery Operators.
• Accurately counts and documents proper sizes and colors before staging items.
• Report all mechanical issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Keep the work area clean and organized, including sweeping and trash disposal.
