Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, in Indianapolis is seeking a Production Associate to support order preparation for Screen Print Operators. You will receive work orders, stage garments by size and color, and ensure quality standards are met in a timely manner.

The role requires following instructions, precision, teamwork, and the ability to handle physical work in a non-climate-controlled environment. Work hours are 6:00am–2:30pm, with mandatory overtime including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instruction and have an eye for precision.
• Exhibits quick learning, be detailed, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.
• Possesses the ability to differentiate and coordinate colors.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders, observe specifications, and prepare and stage garments for Screen Print Operators.
• Accurately counts and documents proper sizes and colors before staging items.
• Report all mechanical issues to supervisor immediately.
• Keep work area clean and organized; sweep, tidy workstation, and empty trash.
