Job summary

Communications Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to inspect installation work, conduct tests, and monitor compliance across projects in New England. You will identify issues, document findings, and work with teams to implement improvements ensuring high-quality outcomes.

This field role requires travel to multiple sites, the ability to work overtime and in varying weather, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience.
• Associates Degree or equivalent in an industry related field or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of telecommunication construction industry standard practices.
• Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure work meets plans and specs.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance.
• Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and document results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
