Job summary

Globe Communications LLC is hiring a Quality Control Field Technician to inspect installation work, perform tests, and monitor compliance across projects. You will document findings, communicate with teams, and help implement improvements to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, 18+ years old, and authorization to work in the United States. Travel and overtime may be required depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Quality control experience preferred.
• Associates Degree in an industry related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of telecommunication construction industry standard practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure work meets plans and specs.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Identify issues and report to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non‑compliance issues until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed as specified and document results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on‑call or after‑hours responsibilities as needed.
