Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to inspect installation work and ensure it meets plans and specifications on active projects. You’ll conduct tests, document findings, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements and maintain high-quality outcomes.

You’ll travel to site locations, perform inspections during and after installation, report non-conformances, and support project milestones with accuracy and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience.
• Associates Degree in an industry-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure work meets plans and specs.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure construction standards compliance.
• Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and document results.
• Follow installation milestones and support project activities as directed by management.
• Work overtime, travel, and handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
