Job summary

Communications Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician to verify that construction or installation work meets specified standards. You will perform inspections, conduct tests, and monitor compliance across projects, documenting findings and coordinating with teams to implement improvements.

This role requires travel to work locations throughout New England, with the ability to work in all weather conditions and after-hours when needed.

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience required.
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of telecommunication construction industry standard practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure plans/specs are met.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers for compliance.
• Identify issues and report to relevant team members for resolution.
• Record and follow up on non-compliance until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and documented.
• Support project activities and follow installation milestones.
• Travel, overtime, and after-hours duties as needed.
