Communications Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Field Technician who will perform inspections and tests to ensure construction work meets standards. You’ll document findings, address issues, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements across New England projects.

This role requires travel to work locations throughout New England, with overtime and on-call duties as needed. A year of relevant experience plus an associates degree or equivalent work history is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience required.
• Quality control experience preferred.
• Associates Degree in related field or equivalent work experience is encouraged.
• Know-how of telecommunication construction industry standards and customer installation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure plans/specs are followed.
• Perform final inspections per customer requests to verify construction standards.
• Identify issues and report to team members for resolution.
• Record non-compliance and follow up until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and document results.
• Support project activities and adhere to installation milestones; assist with overtime or on-call as needed.
