Job summary

Kraus Hamdani Aerospace is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Engineer to support quality across development and production of UAS products. You will work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure components and processes meet strict quality standards.

The role emphasizes nonconformance management, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement on production floors and with contract manufacturers globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government SECRET clearance.
• Experience in aerospace, UAS, or complex electromechanical manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality-control and inspection requirements for components, subassemblies, and UAS products.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure quality across internal and external partners.
• Travel approximately 25% for supplier and manufacturing-facing activities.
