Job summary

Kraus Hamdani Aerospace is seeking a hands-on Quality Control Engineer to support product and manufacturing quality across the development and production of our unmanned aircraft systems in Hayward, CA.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to establish inspection requirements, drive corrective actions, and maintain quality records on the shop floor and with contract manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related technical discipline.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain SECRET clearance.
• Hands-on experience with complex manufactured products in aerospace or similar industries.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality-control and inspection requirements for UAS products.
• Lead nonconformance investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate supplier quality oversight and audits for internal and external partners.
• Support MRB activities and disposition of nonconforming material.
• Work on the production floor with cross-functional teams to ensure conformance.
