Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of directly related experience.
  • Knowledge of UAS technology, airspace regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in demonstrations, field operations, curriculum development, and equipment testing.
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills; ability to convey complex concepts to trainees.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain proficiency with KHA's emerging UAS technologies, regulatory changes, and operational best practices.
  • Adhere to FAA regulations and guidelines, including FAA Part 107 and related safety procedures.
  • Support demonstrations, field missions, customer operations, and testing; deliver near real-time aerial intelligence.
  • Assist with flight planning, pre/post-flight checks, risk assessments, and maintenance logs.
  • Travel up to 70% and lead or support training content updates.
