Job summary

Kraus Hamdani Aerospace seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Test Engineer to develop and support test systems for UAS production. You will translate product and engineering requirements into practical test solutions, including equipment, fixtures, and software, to ensure reliable, scalable production testing.

You will work with Engineering and Manufacturing to test components, subassemblies, and completed systems, and help transfer capabilities to contract manufacturers domestically and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience developing or supporting electromechanical test systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and software domains.
• Ability to read schematics, BOMs, and engineering docs.
• Experience with test data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain UAS test systems for components and assemblies.
• Translate requirements into repeatable production test methods and acceptance criteria.
• Create fixtures, test boxes, harnesses, and interfaces for testing.
• Develop automated tests to improve throughput and data quality.
• Provide hands-on support during prototype, NPI, and production builds.
